Why?
Navigating body talk can be really hard with your child. A nursing led workshop makes that part of life a little easier. Let's get rid of the three S's of adolescence: Shame, Stigma, Silence. Providing your child foundational knowledge of their body will help them build self-confidence, and confidence in you, to have sensitive conversations in the teen years and into adulthood.
What about......?
Questions about sex and sexuality in this setting are totally natural. Any questions will be answered thoughtfully, with a healthcare emphasis and puberty lens. However, this class won't focus on sex education.
